Titan Arcade

Valve's own free-for-all. Up to eight players a lobby, on one map, every one for themselves. First to the kill target wins, or whoever has the most kills when the clock runs out.

The catch

• Treasure drops change a game in seconds.
• You are drawn at random. You cannot pick your lobby.

Rules

• Enter on your own. No team needed.
• It runs with at least 8 players. A lobby holds 8 at most.
• The first 16 to sign up play. At 20:00 on Sunday 8 November they are split at random into Lobby 1 and Lobby 2, as evenly as the numbers allow: 15 players make a lobby of 8 and a lobby of 7.
• Anybody who signs up after the first 16 has missed the cut-off and goes on the list for an extra lobby. It is played only if at least 8 sign up after the cut-off. If somebody ahead of you withdraws, you move up.
• The top four of Lobby 1 and the top four of Lobby 2 go through to the Winners' lobby. Everyone else plays in the Losers' lobby. That is four games on the night.
• Everybody must random their hero. Anybody who does not random is disqualified and cannot play.
• Wards are allowed.
• Placings are decided by kills. If two players are level on kills, assists decide it, as the end of game screen shows.
• Prizes in every one of the four games: first 1 000, second 500, third 250 Titan Coins.
• There is a coin market on the winner of each game. The organiser closes the bets.
